Meet The Chef
After mastering his formal training in Le Cordon Bleu London, he have worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in London and Hong Kong, recognised by world renowned Chefs such as Gordon Ramsey and Shane Osborn. Working as Shane Osborn’s Pastry Chef at Pied a Terre, he discovered his passion in bread making. Making wide varieties of fresh bread daily to be served at the 2 Michelin starred venue.
After relocating back to Hong Kong, opportunity came in 2014 to help Shane Osborn open up Arcane and helping the restaurant to win numerous awards on the way, including a Michelin star in 2017.
