

How to do?

THE
PREPARATION
Before you start cooking, there are a few simple steps you need to do.

Cook some rice

Take out the banchan and dips

Setup your grill
-
Reheat the soup/japchae

Next, get the following on the table next to your grill

Sesame oil
-
Salt and pepper
-
Brush
-
Tongs and scissors
-
1 egg, cracked and whisked
-
Turn on the grill onto medium to low heat

Start by grilling
-
the garlic - on the side
-
pork belly
-
Dip the tofu and zucchini in egg and cook on the side

Once the pork is almost cooked, cut it into piece with scissors
Brush the vegetables with sesame oil while cooking






Start wrapping your pork with lettuce and/or sesame leaf, then rice, pork, garlic, chili, Ssamjang

You can also try with these:
Daikon kimchi
Fresh Cabbage kimchi

Once you are ready to cook the Hanwoo, turn the grill up into medium high heat, season the beef with little salt and pepper. Cook each side 1 to 1.5 minutes or to desired degree. Cut and enjoy with the musco dip.
